Terms of Service

By accessing or using Control ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. Control reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

"Control" refers to the Control FiveM anti-cheat platform, including the web dashboard, API, and FiveM resource. "Organization" means the entity (individual or company) that owns the account. "License Key" is the unique identifier (format: CTRL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) granting access to the Service. "Server" means a FiveM game server connected to Control via a valid License Key. "User" means any individual accessing the Service on behalf of an Organization. "Anti-Cheat Resource" means the FiveM Lua resource provided by Control for server-side protection.

You must be 18+ to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Organizations are responsible for all activity under their account. You may not share login credentials or transfer accounts without Control's written consent. Control may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

License Keys are granted, not sold. Each License Key is valid for one Organization and the server limit specified in your plan. License Keys may not be resold, transferred, leased, or sublicensed without explicit written permission from Control. Unauthorized distribution of License Keys will result in immediate revocation without refund. License Keys must be kept confidential; exposure constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Anti-Cheat Resource; (b) circumvent license validation or heartbeat mechanisms; (c) use the Service for illegal activities or to facilitate cheating; (d) interfere with the Service's operation or security; (e) scrape, crawl, or automate access to the API beyond documented rate limits; (f) use the Service on servers hosting illegal content or violating FiveM/rockstargames terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Failed payments have a 7-day grace period; after which the License Key is suspended. Annual billing (Enterprise only) requires annual commitment. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee on first subscription. No refunds for partial months or after 30 days. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at period end.

Control provides anti-cheat protection but does not guarantee 100% cheat prevention. The Service may have false positives/negatives. Control is not liable for in-game losses, economy damage, or player disputes resulting from detections or bans. The Service requires active internet connectivity for license validation and heartbeats. Offline mode is not supported.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Control collects: account info, organization details, license usage, server metadata (IP hash, player count, version), and security events. Player personal data is minimized per GDPR. You are responsible for obtaining player consent where required by law. Data retention: Starter 30 days, Professional 1 year, Enterprise unlimited.

All rights to Control (dashboard, API, resource, branding, documentation) remain with Control. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Anti-Cheat Resource on your authorized servers during your subscription. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Resource.

Control may suspend or revoke License Keys for: non-payment, Terms violations, excessive false positive reports indicating misuse, security threats, or legal orders. Suspended licenses cannot validate; servers go OFFLINE. You may appeal via dashboard. Control's decision is final. No refunds for suspended/revoked licenses.

Either party may terminate at any time. Control may terminate immediately for material breach. On termination: License Keys are revoked, API access disabled, data retained per retention policy then deleted. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, confidentiality) will survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION. CONTROL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ANTI-CHEAT WILL PREVENT ALL CHEATS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTROL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.

You agree to indemnify and hold Control harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under AAA rules. Class actions are waived.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Control may assign these Terms. You may not assign without consent. Notices via email or dashboard. No waiver unless in writing.
